The scope of work is to provide the full range of Programmer Analyst skills in support of the Information Technology Division's infrastructure projects. One Year Engagement

Job Description:
------------------------
• Possess six or more years of professional experience in developing and modifying information systems to include system design and development, and graduation from a four year college or university with major course work in Computer Programming or Information Systems. In lieu of a degree, applicants must possess 10 years of the aforementioned professional experience.
• Possess working experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Developer (Forms and Reports), Workflow Builder, JDeveloper and Discoverer
• Working knowledge of systems analysis, design, and system implementation.
• Familiarity of all phases of the system development life cycle.
• Demonstrated skills in IT development, application support, analytical skills, technical solution design, programming languages, systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, interfacing, and change management.
• Provide technical expertise for day-to-day support operations, enhancements and customizations of the Oracle eBusiness Suite: Oracle Financials and Oracle Human Resources
• Serve as the Developer for the client’s Oracle eBusiness suite.
• Coding and development expertise with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Developer 6i (Forms/Reports), Oracle JDeveloper 9i and Oracle Workflow Builder
• Develop and maintain features, configurations, set-up documentation and user documentation
• Provide support to client's staff members in the use of both the Financial Management and Human Resources modules of the Oracle eBusiness Suite
